Free Shipping aure offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times Standard shipping: 5-8 business days Express shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies at checkout)

Order tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

International shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Lost or stolen packages aure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit please contact us at hello@aure.co and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
