At aure, we stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

30-Night Sleep Guarantee We believe in aure so much that we give you 30 full nights to try it. If you don't sleep better, contact us at hello@aure.co and we will refund your order in full.

How to request a refund Email us at hello@aure.co with your order number and we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. You do not need to return the product.

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost.

Sale items All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund unless damaged or defective.
