30-Day Return Policy

Return your Veil within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Return

1. Email hello@aurerest.com with your order number
2. We’ll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Ship it back in the original packaging
4. Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt

Exchanges

Want a different colorway? We’ll exchange it for free within 30 days of delivery. Same process — email us and we’ll sort it out.

Pre-Orders

Since pre-orders ship Q3 2026, your 30-day return window begins when your order is delivered — not when you place it.

Exceptions

Items damaged through misuse, or items returned after 30 days from delivery, are not eligible for refund.
